CONSTRUCTION DESIGN AND CONSULTATION

Preconstruction is a critical first phase of any project. To ensure the utmost client satisfaction Fairmont Barkley partners with owners, architects, and engineers to review the scope of the project, analyzing materials, equipment, techniques and schedules as well as the overall impact on project costs, quality and timing. 

Drawings are reviewed at each stage of development for constructability and completeness. Bids are awarded to pre-qualified trade contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that they have the proven project specific experience, financial strength, and manpower to meet the project schedule. 

Fairmont Barkley’s fully integrated preconstruction program includes: estimating, constructability reviews, value management, life cycle cost analysis, project scheduling.
