Our contract covers the maintenance of 9 industrial packaged HVAC units which are ducted into the main office building and 300 split Ac Units

We service these units once every quarter.

We also replace faulty parts as necessary and repair any faults with the units as part of our agreement.

We are also contracted to replace any unit that needs replacing in the complex.
